The app knows when a chair is free.

In the customer’s app

Three in a massage. The app says: 1 therapist available now.

Counted from the stand’s timers and today’s clock-ins. The app never receives a name.

Booked by name.

Who can be booked, and when, comes from the published roster — so the customer chooses the therapist who is really there.
